Why founders join
Hover a founder to hear what changed for them.
When you're building a company from scratch, you need people who both believe in the vision and dare to ask the hard questions. That's 6AM. Building a startup is a rollercoaster, but they make sure you never feel alone in the cart: they challenge you, open doors, and help you understand what is happening, what is coming, and how to get through it.
Helle Christiansen, Co-Founder & CEO, Demp6AM was instrumental in helping us as founders transition from academia to the startup environment. Through course-week we received focused and personalized support in developing the foundation for our business, while the 6AM program as a whole brought us into a community and network that we still benefit from today.
Andrea Faltynkova, Co-Founder & CEO, F&Z Solutions6AM was the first room where our ambition didn't sound crazy. Nobody there told us our goals were unrealistic. And the program never really ends: they were still opening doors for us four years later, long after we stopped being their problem.
Scott Bekke, Co-Founder & CEO, Leasi6AM offers a perfect mix of insight, network, and real startup energy. Always relevant and valuable for us.

There is an application form over at 6am.no/apply. We try to enroll startups on a rolling basis, and the final call for applications is towards the end of each semester. The program starts up at the beginning of the subsequent semester.
The program fee is 30 000 NOK, and is considered a deductible. The remaining 90 000 NOK is granted by Innovation Norway (previously SIVA).
The Accelerator runs for 6 months.
You don't have to live here to apply, but if accepted you should plan to spend most of the program on-site with the cohort.
