Menomed is putting a previously taboo topic on the agenda and creating a holistic ecosystem for information, education, and medical support around menopause in the workplace. We offer an all-in-one digital solution that combines knowledge sharing, leadership support, and fast medical follow-up. The platform integrates seamlessly into corporate HR systems and requires minimal onboarding.
Through customized online courses on menopause and how to communicate it more openly in the workplace, we help raise awareness across the entire organization.
Our vision is to make talking about menopause at work as normal as discussing pregnancy, sick leave, or other health accommodations. This is a taboo we aim to reduce.
Employees gain direct access to medical specialists via video consultations, eliminating long waiting times in the public healthcare system. Early identification and support can help alleviate symptoms through medical treatment and/or workplace adjustments—allowing companies to care for their employees and preserve workforce capacity. At the same time, this opens up a new market channel for medical specialists.
In addition to supporting the individual employee, we provide companies with access to anonymized insights related to well-being, absenteeism, and the impact of different interventions. This creates a foundation for targeted improvements and enables follow-up with measurable results over time.
